This blog was originally created as a professional development tool for reflection and networking purposes. Now, it also serves as a contact point for the commissioning of early years training, consultancy and coaching services.
Who are we?
MA, PgDip, EYTS, BA (Hons), FdA
Kate works as a specialist education consultant in the East of England. She also volunteers as a governor for a primary school and professional mentor for students on the MA programme at Penn Green. Kate drinks an inordinate amount of tea and always has wellington boots and waterproofs in her car.
Kate’s most recent role prior to this was Head of Nursery for an outstanding setting. Her current research interests include systemic leadership, attachment, neuroscience and communication (including the use of VIG). She delivered Phase 1 and 2 of the Early Years Seminars programme in Norwich and developed an outreach programme with local businesses and organisations within her local community for the benefit of her students, alongside championing “home-grown experts” as part of the continuous professional development programme for the whole staff body.

Leonora is an Early Years Professional with QTS, who teaches Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 in Norfolk. Leonora has experience in leading a successful early years setting and has enjoyed the fresh challenge of teaching as a FS/KS1 teacher since 2011.
